UCC and Visionstudio announce Uwin Asian Invitational with ¥100,000 on offer
The Uwin Asian Invitational, which began over the weekend, has now reached the 3rd round of the Swiss format. With a focus on Asian CS:GO, the tournament aims to provide Chinese professional teams a chance to compete against other Asian teams for the lion share of ¥100,000 (~USD$15,000) prize pool. Teams such as B.O.O.T-dream[S]cape, Recca Esports, 5POWER and SZ Absolute have all been invited to compete.
Utilizing the major swiss format, the main stage will run from May 26 – June 2, with the top eight teams advancing to playoffs. The playoffs will be a single elimination best-of-three format and commence on June 3 and run until June 6.
