CigaretteS to stand in for NG Esports in FunSpark Rivals Pre-Season

by Juandi

Former 7642 player Patiphan “CigaretteS” Posri will now be representing NG Esports for the upcoming FunSpark Rivals Pre-Season, the Thai organization has confirmed.

The former MiTH and 7642 will return to action for the first time in 2020 since he left MiTH July last year. The 24-year-old will link back up with his former teammate, Thotsaphon “cbbk” Suphatthanaphalaphon, and MiTH coach, Piyangoon “MYM” Kitisin.

CigaretteS had previously played for 7642 with some of the prominent names in Thailand, such as Kititkawin “PTC” Rattanasukoli and Phoomphat “qqGod” Phojjanart. In such a short time, the squad participated in PGL Krakow 2017 – Asia Minor. Following 7642 disbandment in July 2017, Patiphan played for Signature Gaming for a six-month period prior to joining Made In Thailand as a streamer and player. His last appearance was with Beyond as their stand-in for the last year edition of eXTREMESLAND CS:GO Asia – Thailand Qualifier.

NG Esports’ squad has been incomplete with only four players have been announced by the organization. Last October, NG Esports has confirmed in writing that the Indonesian star Kevin “xccurate” Susanto will be the main AWPer for the new team. But up to now, there has been no official announcement from the Thai organization.

The group will feature squads such as Invictus Gaming, TaiChangGui, and the newly-announced organization who just acquired Mazaalai, The Black Company.

NG Esports will play the US$30,000 tournament with the following roster:
